These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to anyone (a “User”) who uses OneComme (the “App”).

Running the installer is considered agreement to the Terms below.

Application usage fee

This App is a free, support-based application (details on the support model below). Support the project here: https://one-comme.fanbox.cc/

Some templates and features, such as the PRO plan, are available as paid options.

Credit notice

When using the free version, please include a credit like the example below (e.g. in your stream description) so viewers can see that you’re using this App (a link would also be appreciated, if possible).

* Crediting is optional for FANBOX supporters.

* If your platform has no description field, or has strict character limits, a credit isn’t required.

Permitted uses

1. The App can be used by individuals and organizations alike.
2. It can be used for monetized streams and by streamers affiliated with agencies or companies.
3. All information contained in comment text, usernames, icons, and gift comments belongs to the respective platforms in accordance with each platform’s terms of service.
4. Preset templates may only be redistributed if they have been modified. * Copyright is not waived. * If modified, please link back to the original template.
5. Original templates may be created and distributed, whether paid or free.
6. Creating and distributing/selling related applications that use plugins etc. with OneComme is permitted.

* PRO templates, including modified versions, may not be redistributed.

Prohibited actions

1. Redistributing all or part of the App without authorization. * Direct distribution within any group or company is also prohibited. Always download from the official website or the App’s update button.
2. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or publishing methods for doing so.
3. Any act that causes harm to the developer or a third party, or infringes on their rights.
4. Any act contrary to public order and morals.
5. Using the logo or marks for purposes other than promotion.
6. Distributing unmodified official templates.
7. Removing license notices or similar attributions.
8. Any other use deemed not to be normal use.
9. Distributing or publishing PRO files or download URLs.
10. Downloading apps or files that have been uploaded without authorization.
11. Modifying the OneComme logo, or using it in a way that could be mistaken for official material.
12. Publishing, distributing, or sharing PRO license keys.
13. Using license keys that have been improperly published.
14. Creating, distributing, or using materials that violate a streaming platform’s terms of service or API terms of use.
15. Bundling the OneComme application into another application without permission.
16. Uploading the OneComme installer or executable file to a public or shared server without permission.
17. Integrating with private or unauthorized APIs.
18. Storing the OneComme logo, source code, or acquired data (in whole or in part) externally without authorization (temporary caching is permitted).

About the OneComme logo

• Use the logo for the purpose of raising awareness of OneComme.
• It may also be used in monetized content such as streams and videos.
• If you plan to use or feature it as a company, please get in touch first.
• Do not modify it (e.g. changing colors or text).
• Do not use it in a way that could be mistaken for official material (e.g. in social media profile fields).
• Do not use it in a way that could be mistaken for your own work.

Integrated services

YouTube

The YouTube API is used as part of this service to retrieve video information.
By using this service, users also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Any data retrieved from external sources is subject to the respective platform’s terms of service, and storing retrieved data for secondary use outside this App/service is not permitted.

Twitch

The Twitch API is used as part of this service to retrieve streaming information.
By using this service, users also agree to the Twitch Terms of Service. Any data retrieved from external sources is subject to the respective platform’s terms of service, and storing retrieved data for secondary use outside this App/service is not permitted.

NicoNicoLive

The Niconico API is used as part of this service to retrieve streaming information.
By using this service, users also agree to the Niconico Terms of Service. Any data retrieved from external sources is subject to the respective platform’s terms of service, and storing retrieved data for secondary use outside this App/service is not permitted.

Other platforms

This service retrieves streaming information from any streaming platform you connect to it.
By using this service, users also agree to the terms of service of each connected platform. Any data retrieved from external sources is subject to the respective platform’s terms of service, and storing retrieved data for secondary use outside this App/service is not permitted.

Disclaimer

The developer bears no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or disadvantage arising from this App or its APIs. Please check the terms of service, guidelines, and plugin specifications of each streaming platform before use. These Terms may also be changed without user consent.

About the support-based free application model

A support-based free application is one that is provided free of charge, funded by monetary support with no return expected. The App will remain free as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Maintenance costs stay below 90% of support funds received (monthly).
2. Usage complies with these Terms.

Updates and additional development may also be paused if:

1. Maintenance costs reach 90% or more of support funds received.
2. Usage does not comply with these Terms.
3. Development becomes difficult due to the developer’s own health or circumstances.

Furthermore, the App may be discontinued entirely if:

1. Maintenance costs reach 120% or more of support funds received.
2. Usage that violates these Terms continues over a long period.
3. Development becomes difficult for the foreseeable future due to the developer’s health or circumstances.

How to support

You can support the project from FANBOX starting at 100 yen. Funds received are used exclusively for matters related to development, such as maintenance costs, development/production costs, and research costs.
