An error occurs during installation and it can't be completed

Sometimes the download appears to have completed, but the installer won't run, or the file size is abnormally small.

If an error message such as "The system cannot find the file specified" appears when trying to install, the application download may have failed.

The download may have been blocked by security software.

Try temporarily disabling it, or download the file again — this can often resolve the issue.
